I know what it's like
I had personally dealt with dieting and health-related issues for decades. The turning point: I realized my "weight issue" was really a "stress issue". Stress stood between me and the life I wanted. Until I dealt with that stress and daily energy drains, I simply could not lose the weight and keep it off.
